Cost Effective Video Conferencing Software

Video conferencing technology has come along way in the past few years, broadband has replaced the dial up modem, and the Internet has become faster, making it easier to stream and watch videos online.

But there is no need to spend a lot of money on Internet video conferencing software if you just need it for your small or medium sized business. If the number of persons you need to do a video conferencing meeting with or live presentation to is small, then all you really need is the conferencing platform and a web cam.

One such solution uses your web cam connected to your computer, which lets the others using the software see you, while you see them through their own web cam. Skype is a good example of this type of system.

Another solution allows you to broadcast live (like your own TV show) through your web cam and your recipients (viewing audience) do not have to download any special software or dial in to watch your video conference, they just click on a link you send them and are automatically dropped into your conference room.

This latter style of video conferencing  software has been usually too expensive for smaller business budgets but the competition is hotting up in the marketplace. I have seen excellent solutions for under $10 per month, like this one: Internet Video Conferencing Solutions.

Whatever system you choose the key components are, a good quality high-pixel web cam, a high-speed broadband Internet connection, and a willing audience :-)

Video Conferencing Software: How to Cash In

Just reviewed this amazing video conferencing software package and it absolutely blew me away!

Internet video conferencing is the wave of the future. There is no easier, more affordable, or more efficient method to reach such a significant portion of the world's population. It's almost like owning your very own cable TV station where you are in charge of the programming.

Previously, video conferencing has been way too costly and difficult to use… but not anymore! Now with a couple of clicks you can be up and running and your guests do not need to download any fancy software or dial in to get connected, you simply send them a hyperlink, they click on it and boom… they are in your conference room.

The video conferencing software is available in 5 languages; English, Spanish, German, Russian and Brazilian Portuguese, with more languages to come and you can even share in the earnings.

Keyword Research Search Engine Optimization

Step 2: Research Your Competition

Before you even consider keyword research and basic search engine optimization, you need to first find out whether your product is in demand. It doesn’t matter that YOU think it’s the best thing since sliced bread, if nobody else thinks so; you are dead in the water. There must be a demand for what you are offering.

And, how you identify whether there is a demand for your product or service is by research. The easiest way is to jump onto a search engine like Google and type in the type of product or service you are offering
into the search bar and see what comes up.

Do not get caught in the trap of “our products are unique and no-one else in the marketplace has what we have got” syndrome. There are millions of websites out there and there will be a lot of them with similar products, and with similar claims, competing for your customers. Do your due diligence and find out who they are.

Getting to know your competition is power. If you know who and what else is in your marketplace, you will be easily able to identify your USP (unique selling point), and focus your marketing around that.

Look at the top three websites listed in your search; read their headlines, sub-heads and first few paragraphs in the body text. What need, want or solution are they offering their readers? What keywords are they using?

Hot Tip: Find a blank spot of the home page and right click with your mouse and select ‘view page source’ and you will be presented with the HTML code. Near the top of the page you will see the keywords they are using. Now don’t just copy and use them because some are probably useless. Just make a note of them.

Now you utilize a keyword research tool like Google’s Search-Based Keyword Tool to find related keywords to the keyword you have selected. When searching for keywords you are initially looking for two things; supply and demand.

1. Supply pertains to your competition, which is, how many websites are using the keywords you are targeting in their pages? Less is better here (30,000 or less)

2. Demand pertains to how many people are typing in those keywords when searching on Google and other search engines. How many people are searching for that keyword? More is better here (min. 80 searches per
day)

This will allow us to get an accurate estimate on how many people search for these keywords and how many websites exist around these keywords. So what you are looking for are keywords with high traffic and low competition.

There are a lot of questions that need to be answered before you can determine whether your keyword has a marketing edge over your competition such as:
  • What is the SEO potential of your keywords?
  • What is the phrase-to-broad match of your keywords?
  • What is the monthly trends of keywords?
  • Adwords traffic your keywords might attract
  • How many people would likely click on your page with that keyword?
  • How much would you expect to pay for the keyword in PPC campaigns?
  • How many websites are competing for that keyword?
  • How many people use that keyword in PPC ad campaigns?
  • What is the potential value of that keyword (how much could it make you)?
Now before you start pulling your hair out screaming ‘I thought he said this was simple’, these are tactics that will give you an unfair advantage over your competition because 90% just are not doing this sort of research.

Yes, this is very time consuming stuff however, there is a solution. For a small investment into your business you can get access to software that will do all the above and more for you with a click of a few buttons… now that’s simple! Check Out The Software Here!

The Future of Video Response Marketing

The Future of Streaming Video Email Marketing Campaigns in an Online World

Streaming video email marketing campaigns are becoming more and more popular with online entrepreneurs, marketers and businesses looking to gain an edge over their competitors.

The streaming video industry currently boasts annual revenues of $2 Billion, but industry experts predict this figure will reach $12 Billion within 12 months. Growth in this industry is exponential especially with sites like YouTube and Facebook leading the charge.

What is Streaming Media?

Streaming media is a protocol that allows audio/video files to be delivered via the Internet. The term "streaming" means that the file is played in real time as it is being received.

Streaming video is usually sent from pre-recorded video files, but can be distributed as part of a live broadcast "feed." In a live broadcast, the video signal is converted into a compressed digital signal and transmitted from a special web server that is able to do multicasting, sending the same file to multiple users at the same time.

There are two ways to view streaming media on the Internet (such as video, audio, animations, etc.) and they are progressive downloading (also known as HTML streaming) or “true” video streaming.

Progressive Download or HTTP Streaming

This is the same method used to deliver web pages and is achieved when you download a file and the entire file is saved on your computer (usually in a temporary folder). A slightly more advanced method would involve embedding the file into the web page using special HTML code and then allowing recipients to view the video as it is being downloaded.

Progressive download is a good choice for hobbyists or websites that have low traffic requirements, if they don’t mind if their content is cached on a user’s computer.

Progressive download is a simple method of video delivery with very little control—it’s basically a simple HTTP download call.

Streaming Video Servers

True streaming media works a little differently in that a small link is downloaded and the video is then streamed from online servers. The file is sent in a constant stream and the user watches it as it arrives.

The obvious advantage with this method is that no waiting is involved which means your streaming video gets received immediately and, because the recipient does not download the entire video, has the added advantage of saving on bandwidth usage.

Why Streaming Video is Better?

The advantages of streaming video are numerous:

  • Swift Display: Streaming video is the fastest way to view any video on the web.
  • Tracking and reporting statistics: Because progressive download is a simple download of a file, you cannot easily log specific relevant statistics such as whether the video was viewed, how many times the video was watched, did the viewer leave the web page before the video completed playing? Streaming enables you to easily capture this important data for creating list segments for future streaming video email marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced features such as automatic bandwidth and media player detection, image quality monitoring, automatic thumbnail creation, video play lists, image galleries and more.
  • Efficient use of network resources: Customers who pay for their video hosting or bandwidth by the number of bits that are transferred can reduce their costs by using streaming video, because only the bits that the client actually views are transferred.
  • Minimal use of client resources: Resources such as memory and disk space are significantly reduced with streaming, because the clients do not need to download and store the entire video file.
  • More secure, protected media delivery: Because themedia data is not saved to the client’s cache when streamed, viewers can’t retrieve the video or audio file from their temporary Internet file folder.
  • Users can seek to any point in the video and have it start playing immediately from that point. This makes streaming video a great solution for longer playing videos orapplications such as video blogs, classroom lectures, conference sessions or product demonstrations where you may want the viewer to jump into the video at a specific point rather than watch it from the beginning.
  • Richer interactivity: The precise control found in streaming video enables developers to create extensive interaction in their video applications e.g. virtual tours, switching camera angles and seamlessly switching to an alternate video.
  • Streaming video email marketing campaigns provide the ability to deliver live video and audio from any connected web cam, DV or HDV camera.
  • In addition to live streaming some servers also give you the ability to record video either in the live streaming mode e.g. archiving a webinar event or saving a stand alone video email message.

If your email marketing campaigns, website or blog relies heavily on video, audio, you can give your user the best experience by using streaming video .

Who Can Watch Streaming Video?

Anyone with a computer and Internet connection can view your video emails and there is no special software that they need to download. They just click on play and online servers automatically detect their operating system (Mac, PC, iPods, Mobile Phone or iPhones) and bandwidth (dial-up, broadband, cable or wireless) and will start to stream your video message.

Who is Using Streaming Video?
